Service for Consumer Protection and Financial Inclusion

  1. Main Office of the Service

    • Application review branch for minority shareholders and investors;
    • Application review branch for financial services consumers;
    • Branch for analysis of financial services and administrative procedures;
    • Branch for financial literacy and interaction with civil society institutions.
  2. Territorial branches

    Six branches to protect financial services consumers rights in eight federal districts of the Russian Federation are as follows: Far-Eastern, Crimea, Volga, North-Western, North Caucasian, Siberian, Urals and Southern.

    The Main Office protects financial services consumers’ rights in the Central Federal District.

Regional Branches of the Bank of Russia

Subdivisions to protect the rights of financial services consumers and minority shareholders have been established in nineteen regional divisions of the main branches in the cities of Arkhangelsk, Vladimir, Vologda, Yoshkar-Ola, Kazan, Kaliningrad, Krasnoyarsk, Murmansk, Orel, Petrozavodsk, Samara, Saratov, Sevastopol, Simferopol, Syktyvkar, Tver, Tula, Ufa, Yaroslavl.
